BMS Overvoltage Warning

Yesterday I had four notifications of "BMS Over voltage" these occurred during the afternoon at about 2 and a half hours apart, each one cleared after approximately 5 minutes, is this some thing to be concerned about? Also does any one know the meaning of the status light on the battery one of my batteries is usually green, sometimes yellow and occasionally red?

Never had it before.
From your posting it appears it may have happened around the same time?
