I run a business and would like to add a charger for customers to use.

As this is a "public" charger, it should be exempt the smart charge point regulations and not require a random delay or default offpeak.

Is the GE charger able to be installed in this manner, or is it always stuck with a random delay? In theory home users in NI are also exempt so there should be a way to disable this "functionality", possibly as part of the commissioning process, but I don't see it in the guide.
