Has anyone else still got or recently had option via the firmware screen in the portal to update the battery firmware?
I believe I'm on an older firmware 3001 but it gives me no option to update the firmware. I've updated the inverter firmware to the latest version but can't seem to do the same for the battery.
Call or email support, they will help you get the battery firmware to 3005, which is, I believe, the latest version. Many people were having issues doing it from the portal, I think that is why they removed the option. I could not get it to work myself, ended up with a battery fault, and support worked through it with me succesfully.
Its easy doing it via USB and a laptop. Took me 10 mins to do 3 batteries. That included unscrewing the front covers
