Hi, today I tried to commission a system. I clicked import export meter id01 but couldn't put the code of the meter anywhere. Since then the meter was lost. You can see from the data the meter was being read until it updated. But now can't see the meter. Called givenergy and the guy got me to do the usual. Remake everything off, change the comm cable etc and nothing worked so it's now down as a rma but you can before it updated the meter worked. Does anyone know how to reset the commissioning all together and start again. When I delete the commission and go through. I no longer have to press + to get the meter option but I still can't put the meter details in properly.
