Quick mode ‘greyed out’

Hi and thanks for looking.
I’m having a problem trying to get back to the system modes after initialising the quick start mode . On trying to return to normal system modes it just shows the image posted.
I’ve re installed the app and the inerter is showing system modes are ok.
I would appreciate any assistance.

After reading the same instruction for the ‘enth time’ now understood and sorted!!!!
