We've just had our replacement battery installed (after a saga of cell voltage issues) - still trying to determine whether the new one is faring much better.
But today I noticed this weirdness:
I'd set a trial charging period from 1930 to 2030, and noticed that the app power readings didn't look right. I knew for a fact that the house demand was way more than 83W from lighting alone, not too mention our heat pump running a DHW boost cycle at the time!
You can see here that during the charging window the demand appears to drop to almost zero, leaving the import more or less equal to the charging power. There's a big missing chunk of demand and import as indicated here:
The gap is evident in the portal view too.
Has anyone else seen this? Any idea of potential cause?

Edit: another one from just now - zero demand is clearly nonsense (heating and lighting on), and note the discrepancy between the numbers:
