Link inverter to new home WiFi hub

Hi all, I've been sent a new broadband hub..but of course have lost contact with my inverter.

tried to change through on line suggestions (10.10.100.254) - but cant get past the inverter wifi asking for a "network security key"

any ideas? ive read that the inverter serial number may be the solution - but so far - no go - have i not found the correct serial number? - where do i find it?

any help i would be most thankful (my wifi dongle seems to be built into my inverter - not sticking out like others talk about)

Take a look at the guides on GivEnergy's KB site. Google that phrase plus dongle you should get what you need.
