I have been running my battery to optimise for Intelligent Octopus ie using timed charging from 23:30 to 05:30. This has worked fine for months but on 15/2/24 it started misbehaving. The timed charge started at 00:00 (rather than 23:30) and the battery discharge inhibit release (after the charging period) started occurring at 07:00 or later (rather than 05:30). This has continued for the last 3 weeks.
I’ve tried turning the inverter and battery off and on, and tried moving the charging times. Both to no avail.
I have tried “resetting to defaults” and re-inputting timings. I have tried changes on both the App and the web browser. No improvement!!
My system is 9.5kWh battery with AC coupled inverter. I have Eco and Timed charge enabled (and timed discharge and export disabled)
Any suggestions as to possible solutions would be gratefully accepted.
