Try to reset but with no luck - Anyone out there suggest another course of action please

I have tried the reset icon but - restart failed - Inverter Offline comes up time after time

If you look on your wifi router, is the inverter connected?

Can you connect to the inverter using local mode with the GivEnergy app?

It may be a wifi issue. Anything changed recently?
