Smart Tariff error in Reports

When I generate a report I get an error in the tariff part of the report. It shows this:

The smart tariff on my dashboard wasn’t working yesterday, but seems okay now. Reports okay for me too now (didn’t check reports yesterday)

Mine hasn't worked correctly for a week or two now.

The tariff section is still faulty in the reports section. I have removed the Smart Tariff details in the card on the dashboard and re-entered them to see if that would fix the problems. Unfortunately, the Reports are still showing "We had some trouble fetching your tariff data for this report. Please contact us if this issues persists".

Can this be looked at please?
