Generation to Grid FAULT

Hi
Anyone experiencing problems with the Generation to Grid on the home dashboard ?
It is constantly showing ‘0’ despite energy clearly flowing in that direction.
Please asvise/share your thoughts/experience.

If it has never worked, then likely installation or commissioning errors. Contact the installer.
If it was working and suddenly stopped, check for tripped circuit breakers.
