I had a AIO installed yesterday , commissioning complete , and it ran the house nicely until 23:30 when I set it to charge at my cheap rate. However at midnight the system stopped charging and came up with a BMS communication failure and now even after a couple of attempted restarts it will not work , just flashes the green light and portal shows the AIO as in error state. Any ideas of something I can do , I have left a message with the installer , but why would it work all day then have an issue whilst charging with the comms.
