Hi, not sure if anyone can help shed some light on this but I can't seem to get our Inverter to charge the battery overnight while the car is charging. Our set up is all Givenergy Inverter, EV Charger and 9kw battery.
Battery is set to charge to 100% at night on cheap Octopus Go tariff 12:30-4:30, and so is the EV Charger.
Is it because the EV Charger takes all of the available power? Do I need to reduce the power outage of the EV Charger when battery needs charging? I've seen a setting on the EV Charger where you can lower the max charge power down from 32A. Should I reduce that down? If so does anyone know to what level it should be reduced?
Thanks in advance to any help on this.
