unable to login to givenergy.portal

Hello, I reinstalled Windows and I can't remember my password my my givenergy cloud account.
I know my username which is eidand
The forgotten password does not send me a link to reset my pasword.

What do I do? Is there anyone IO can contact?
I've reset my password here, on the forums and that worked, but the same details don't work on the cloud website.
