Had my EV Charger fitted back end of last year, in the App, it keeps going offline meaning you cannot alter any settings. It still seems to work though, but it is very annoying.
The only way to get it back online is to switch the electric off and the back on.
Anyone else have this issue?

Yes I started getting this in Configuration D but I now use Plug and Go in Configuration C, and I haven’t had this problem so much.

I am having this problem, only fitted last week. I cannot set a charging schedule, it says off-line, cannot make any changes on the app or the portal. I have managed a couple of charges the first one at a snails pace the second and normal speed. Not sure what is going on

Same problem here.
A GE engineer has just fitted a replacement charger to try and fix another problem - unsuccessfully - this was a persistent Fault 11.
The engineer set up the new charger on Config D and it went offline today. Previously I was on Config C, but still occasionally went offline.

Apart from the charger the GE Inverter and Battery are great. If I could control the charger via the app that would be even better. Frustrating

I have had this recently (configuration D), and have spoken with the technical gents at GE,
my issue was specifically with my DNS settings with my internet provider, Virgin media and GE EV chargers have had an... issue with each other recently, (so it was working, Virgin media did something, the charger no longer came online).
GE have released a firmware update that solves this issue, I think it went public over the weekend just gone (16/17 March)
If you are with virgin media, it may be worth checking to see if there is a firmware update available to you to see if you can update the system. since the fix they gave me (the beta version) it has been back to the way it should be 🙂

I just had an EV charger added to my system which includes solar, AIO etc and just as posted on a couple of these threads, a few hours after it was installed it went offline and still is. Fortunately the first thing I did was to setup a charging schedule which it did follow overnight to charge on the low tariff. I'm planning on powering it off and on later to see if that works. It's on (configuration C), had loads of issues getting it to setup, stood outside for several hours as my mobile battery drained waiting for the app to do anything
