Moving house & leaving the system.

Hi,
early stages of planning but what process is there to transfer the user account control and warranty to the new owner of the house?

We are relocating due to our jobs and moving into a rental pretty much immediately but the house has just gone on the market. In the meantime, I'm planning on leaving Predbat running to maximise any money from export and keep bills down. On completion day my thoughts would be to disconnect HA and predbat and reset to ECO with just solar charge.

Open to any suggestions.

Asking GE would seem to be sensible. Few, if any people here will have done this.
