My inverter has stopped reporting data in the app via the home connection but away is reporting fine and the dashboard is working fine.
I scanned for the inverter in the app and it is finding 2 IP addresses, I can also see both IPs in the router connections with the same MAC address.
The inverter is using a wired connection via a homeplug.

Should I reset the inverter via the dashboard?

I'm loath to take any action that might stop the system generating power given that tech support isn't likely to be available until Tuesday.

If you have two IP addresses for one MAC address I think it is a router problem. Perhaps try each in the settings of the App to see if one works. Or perhaps try rebooting the router.

Rebooting the router sorted it, thanks.

If you router has the ability to fix an IP address it is best to enable that for the inverter to avoid it changing in the future.

Yeah, I've done that now.
