No effective control.

I am unable to control my givenergy system with any effect. I have noticed my Emlite import/export meter has no power. Would I be right in assuming this is why I cannot control anything and consequently importing all my energy.

If the meters is not working then yes the inverter has no way of knowing whether you are importing or exporting.

If you have an all in one then I think there may be a separate circuit breaker for them?

But you should still be able to exert some control over the system, such as forced discharge ?

Forced discharge/export nothing works. Not an all in one 5kw gen 2 hybrid with 9.5 kW battery. Battery is full but its as if my system is not seen at all by the grid therefor importing all my energy at the moment.

This has started to happen to me over the weekend, the em115 is not powered up so it's not detecting home load. I've tried restarting the em115 by flicking the rcd off then off but it lights up for a second then goes dark again showing no info.

Is this something I need to get my installer out for? I've got a hybrid gen 1 3.6

I should note there are no notifications in the portal anywhere, the last entry in the log was the clock change too.
