Data from inverter not updating in the background

Hi,

We've recently had solar panels installed along with an inverter (GIV-HY3.6) and a battery (5.22 kWh | (1 Pack)). It seems that on both the Cloud Portal and the mobile app (iOS, version 3.3.10) the data from the inverter (i.e. solar power, battery charge level, ... everything) is only updated when I access the app. I cannot see any data from times when I don't actively monitor the system, so e.g. no overnight data.

FWIW, my inverter version is D0.307-A0.307 and Last Software Update is listed as --

Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions on if my software version is correct?

I am on the same inverter firmware and it works fine. Seems like an issue with the GivEnergy web service not polling. You probably need to contact GE.
