Can anyone explain why my 13.5 kw AIO shows battery capacity at 2.7kwh when its 90% charged

That doesn’t sound at all right. Has the battery been through the calibration cycle after initial install?

You probably need to contact GivEnergy support if the capacity is showing so low.
