AIO 13Kw not charged during set time

Has anyone's battery AIO 13Kw not charged at all during the set start and end time, my battery has been charging fine from the grid between theses times and last night didn't charge at all, its now down to 1%.

No all okay here

Usual question is do you have any API's out there working against you battery

Else have you reset to default and see if will import if you set it to now as such
