Previously, I could use the mobile app to adjust the givenergy ev charger but now it's all greyed out and I have to use the cloud site.

Yes, seen it grey out like that quite a number of times usually after using the "Advanced (Beta)" tab. I've never been able to get it back at will myself but it mysteriously re-enables itself at random. As to why it happens, no idea. One for GE devs to answer
I have this issue. If I want to change any of the setting I have to do it through the web portal. I've not been able to use these controls in the app pretty much since day one.
