Basic Question - Can't Get Schedule to Work!

Hello, I just had an AIO+Gateway and EV Charger installed. I am trying to achieve what should be simple - charge from grid on a schedule but it doesn't work. I feel like I must be doing something stupid, but hoping somebody can advise.

My relevant charger settings are

• Configuration mode C
• Plug and go set to off
• Firmware is up to date on all 3 units

I plug the car in, tap the key fob and a charge seems to start immediately even though plug and go set to off!
If I just plug the car in, don't tap the key fob and await the active schedule to commence, then nothing happens.
I have also tried tapping the key fob before plugging in but that doesn't work.

Help - am I being stupid? Has anybody else experienced this?

Well - I read the manual, and I think the key fob immediate charge behaviour is expected so I think the correct action is just to plug it in and wait for the schedule? Will try again tonight.
