Signing up to Intelligent Flux

Hello trying to do the above, but when I sign into my GivEnergy acct I need to enter a OTP passcode from my authentication app.
Where do I get this?

Which authenticator did you choose when setting up 2FA on your account? You would have needed to use it to set up 2FA.
Perhaps you used Google's Authenticator?
Failing that you could always use the recovery codes you were urged to note to reset the account.

Hello , don’t know if I have any of these codes ! My friend installer set it up so I’ll need to check with them or GivEnergy.
