What is a normal variation between cells in a 9.5kWh battery? Cell 16 in my primary battery seems to charge to a much higher voltage than the other cells, and a graph of cell voltage over seems to show this developing over a couple of days. I know cell 16 voltage looks different now, but I don't know if it's a problem or within normal tolerances.
