Hi, I have just looked on the app and I can see my battery is not charging but power is going back to the grid. When I have looked there are no lights on, on the front of the battery…. After further investigation it looks like it has not charged since 29th December. I have tried flicking the circuit breaker between inverter and battery and pressed the button on the side of the battery…. any ideas or suggestions
