I got the system installed in July 2023 and had no issues until April 2024 when the app keeps showing no connection and stops collecting data. Installer confirmed battery still charging etc, I just can't see it on the app. Please can you direct me to the right place to sort it. I'm a basic technology user so need step by step guide!
