I am looking for some help and guidance as my solar seems to be behaving erratically!
This started a couple of days ago, the symptoms of something not being right is when I look at the remote control I am seeing multiple entries for inverter timeout or inverter offline. In amongst these entries are the normal written successfully entries. If I change any settings from the dashboard they are always successful.
I have also noticed a dongle firmware version task that doesnt appear to work either due to the timeout or offline errors
If i open the app on my phone it will regularly show as offline and then immediately show as online with stats updating sometimes every ten seconds ands sometimes longer
Another oddity is the Last Online Time isnt updating in a timely manner it almost looks like it is an hour out of step
I should also mention that each time i have checked the dongle it has had a solid light
I have factory reset my router, rebooted the dongle but to no avail. Any thoughts on a possible solution or things to try next?
