Does anyone know if the EV charger needs to be advised of a new router - & hence new wifi network name & password?
After many hours I managed to persuade the inverter to accept the new wifi details, so the app works as far as the house & battery are concerned. I was assuming the EV charger just talks to the inverter. Today, however, it's lovely & sunny & I need some miles but the charger remains stubbornly offline. Now this could be its usual reluctance to wake up occasionally, or it could need to be connected to the new wifi setup.
Oddly, I can't find this in the EV user manual. Does anyone know?

Unless it is hard wired, I guess it would need a WiFi setup change.

Or just change the name of your WiFi connection (aka ssid) and password on your new router to be the details of the old one you just removed.

Also saves you changing the password on every other device in the house.

There's what looks like a network cable running from the inverter to the charger.

Next time I'll know to keep the same WiFi ssid & password. Next time.... :o(
