After carrying out an update my inverter won't restart.

It is displaying a red light and doing nothing
Do any of you have a solution?

Have you tried the classic switch it all off, wait and reboot?

Any error messages?

I had something similar and the battery switch did nothing. GivEnergy talked me through taking the front cover off, pulling a push connector off a plug and putting it back on. That had the effect of rebooting the battery and all worked after that.
I can offer no more than that because I cannot remember what wires etc and that might not be the issue.
Suggest call GivEnergy and see what they say.
PS they may have been happy with me doing it as I am a Chartered Engineer of 40 years
