EV Charger - Setting Max Charge Power

I can't change the Max Charge Power on my GE EV charger. It's set at 6A, but no matter what I try to change the setting (Using the portal, EV charger / Settings / Other) I can change the value on the screen but it isn't applied to the charger. As it is, I'd be better with a 13A plug! Can anyone suggest how I can get this change to apply?

Looking again at the logs, it seems that my change is being applied, but almost immediately being changed back.

The log says this is from User: Server via Inverter Control. Is this possibly being set by Octopus Intelligent Flux?
