Crazy Energy (kWh) Numbers

My 13.5kWh All-in-One without Gateway was installed just over a month ago and is working well.

However the Energy numbers for PV generation and Grid Import (Today and Total) reported in the GE portal and GE Android app are completely wrong, as are the relevant graphs. They show values that are approximately 60 times higher than they should be. Power numbers and graphs are fine.

My supplier and I have been in contact with GE Support on numerous occasions and sent them PC and phone screen shots showing the errors. My hard-wired ID2 has been replaced with no improvement and GE Support now seems to be completely stalled in fixing this problem.

Has anyone else had these issues with an AIO and GE Support?

My Grand Total figures have been way out since day one and i'm on a Gen1 inverter from 2022. Seems to be a GE speciality. I vaguely remember this was a 'known issue' but I don't think it has ever been resolved.
