Data issues

My internet went down today for only 30 min. Why is the bar chart not showing any data for more than a couple hours? Does the data get lost completely if it’s offline? I know the battery and inverter still works and all but I’d like to be able to see the data. Could the wifi dongle have an issue or maybe be on old firmware?

The data is lost completely unfortunately, the inverter doesn't hold it and send it on when there's a communications issue, sorry. There's no storage space on it for a start.

The big gap, can't say, maybe your inverter failed to reconnect to the router when the internet was lost?
