Hi had my battery installed today, how do I set the app up to use it to power the house from the battery now its full? Thanks

By default on a new installation it should be setup in Eco mode which will do just that. The battery will charge off solar and export the rest when its full, then when your house demands load the solar will supply it, or if there’s not enough solar the battery will discharge to meet your load.

If its not, click on the cog, then the Eco mode and make sure it is turned on.

Your installer really should have been showing you how to use the app and make sure it is setup correctly and you know how to control it. If not, call them back, not doing their job properly just leaving you with kit you don’t understand

As you may have realised by now, the battery does a calibration first, completely emptied, beyond what looks like 0% and then fully charges beyond what looks like 100% until the voltage is as expected for full.
