Tried to upgrade firmware last year and it failed, tried again yesterday and it failed again. Since then the battery has been discharging much faster than normal.
Not sure what to do. AC3 and 9.5 configuration.

Is it showing the correct size when you click on more information?

Shows as 9.5 under more information. Hopefully technical will be able to incrementally update the firmware. Apparently its the jump from 3008 thats the issue.
