Doing what I normally do today with tweaking on portal and / or app but battery still 100% and not exporting. In fact some is coming in from the grid!

Not exporting
Sometimes the inverter gets stuck, in the portal do a ‘reset to defaults’ and this usually cures it
(I assume OP was about battery not discharging, rather than not exporting..?)
I found my battery unexpectedly not discharging, and even worse it was actually charging from the grid. (Hybrid gen-3 on firmware 3017.) It turns out that if you have a discharge slot configured with a discharge limit, then that limit is active within that time window even if timed-export is not enabled. So if the SoC is below that limit, it will not only inhibit discharge, but also seems to charge gently from the grid. But using the timed-pause feature to pause-charging [as I usually have it] does inhibit the charging.
Stumbled upon it because I had reduced the morning forced-export lower than usual for Saturday's free electricity session, and forgot to raise it. Yesterday was sunny, so it was a non-issue, but today was very dull and I wasn't sure if I'd have enough to last the day. So I raised the discharge limit back up a bit, so that it was now higher than the current SoC, and I turned off pause-charging to allow the battery to charge from any solar surplus.
So I had SoC = 32%, discharge timer set for 08:10 through to 18:10, with a limit of 35%. Timed export was not enabled, but battery discharge was inhibited. [My system doesn't normally actually discharge down to that limit - a script starts and stops forced-export as the SoC changes relative to the configured limit.]
Just reproducing it now, I can confirm that either lowering the discharge limit, or moving the end-time back to 17:30, re-enables normal discharge. And turning on/off paused-charge controls whether it charges from grid, but it only seems to do that at around 400W or so - not aware of which parameter controls that.
So that was interesting... and another possible reason for batteries not discharging when expected.
