Tripping

Hiya, i had a lovely charger fitted last month but now it keeps tripping very soon after a charge has activated, roughly get about 2-3 kw in the car and it trips. no faults are reported in the portal. i have even tried reducing the charge amount/ current but it still trips. I have reported to the installer but wondered if you had any ideas

I had a similar problem of our car charger tripping randomly (more of a problem with the stop-start of Intelligent Octopus controlling it.)

It was a faulty RCBO. Got that replaced and it’s all back to normal.
