Battery malfunction

Hi, my battery is 11 months old and has just gone from 100% to Zero and no temp reading.
The physical battery is showing full charge but the small light to the side of the capacity indicator is red.
Is the a quick fix like a reboot option.

What battery? If it is 9.5 it should have a button on the RHS near the top. Press and hold until it turns off. Then press to turn it back on. That should reboot.
