Watchman in HA

Hi all, as some of you know I am very new to HA and only started a few weeks ago. I only use HA for my Solar, Battery etc. I have installed HA (& a few add-ons), GivTCP & Predbat (not switched Predbat on yet it’s on Monitor mode).

I have backed up and reinstalled a few times to certain points due to my mistakes, I have also seen a few errors etc.
I saw this you tube video and found it interesting.

I have run it and it is pointing to these issues. I don’t know what to do now and would like some advice please?

watchman is useful to have installed. I look at it occasionally and it helps me find sensor names that have been changed but are still in old dashboards.

This particular error is pointing out that there is no state for next/previous export and gas rates from the Octopus integration (i.e. no data in these entities). Since you are trying to get to the point that you can use Predbat, not having the next/previous export rates could be a problem.

Suggest you check that you have fully followed the instructions for setting up the Octopus integration in Predbat. I suspect you have not enabled all of the events that you need to.
I'll leave it as an exercise to the reader to find this in the documentation, but its not hidden in a dark corner

FWIW the export next/previous are both populated for me.

The gas ones, less important, only needed if you have a gas boiler, iboost and want predbat to decide whether to heat your water from solar or gas.
