Hi.
We've had an AIO since June and it's been fine until today.
AIO firmware updated to D0.612-A0.612 7th Sept and all ok
Gateway firmware updated to A0.010 (from A0.007) this morning at 9am. The AIO then started dumping to the grid at 6kW - there was no mention this would happen - it only said we'd lose power in the house for 2-5 mins which we did.

That 6kW dump continued until 11am when the AIO SoC reached 4%
Since then (so about 4 hrs since it stopped exporting) it's stayed at 4% and isn't charging or discharging. It's still i Eco mode.

Is this normal, and for this length of time, after a Gateway firmware upgrade?

Called into support and Florin fixed it instantly - this morning's firmware update seemed to have switch a CT clamp direction. A quick update of that and the AIO is charging from solar again.

Thanks Florin 🙂

Cheers
