How do you set up Solcast API?

Is this still a thing?
I don't see anywhere on my GV Dashboard where you enter Solcast API key there's a weather widget thingy but not Solcast
There's nothing obvious under account settings

Yes I've registered on the Solcast tool kit website

Under Account settings > Manage Account security
