Help with battery to home

Hi all,
We had the system installed on Thurs and it doesn't look like the battery is sending any power to our house.
On the first night it looked like the battery charged overnight from the grid, but since then, we haven't had any use from the battery apart from 0.01KWh yesterday.

I've been on the portal can see the battery is at fully charged. I have reset the settings to default in case I had done something to it accidentally.

On the energy graph its showing at 0kWh from battery to home for today. . Is there something obvious I have missed so we can use the power from the battery?

A reset to defaults should cure most settings problems. Check on the app that the inverter is in Eco mode which it should be after the reset.

It's possible that the CT clamp has been installed the wrong way round in your meter box, you can unclip it and swap it round, but since it was only installed on Thursday I suggest you call your installer back to check it out

Make sure Eco mode is enabled before calling your installer back out

I contacted GivEnergy who confirmed the system is not reading the meter that is installed. When this happens the system will follow whatever the Solar is generating. When it stops generating the system doesn’t read any household load.

They've advised me to contact the installer - thanks for you thoughts.
