Cloud Webpage keeps refreshing in an infinte loop

Hello all, I have tried using Chrome (my normal browser) and Edge to access the Cloud portal. In both browsers, my screen refeshes immediately after loading the page.

I have been unable to use it for many weeks now.

I don't see any other posts about it, so really not sure what is causing it! Thank you in advance.

do you mean the banner section at the top of the page. You can freeze it by the <> arrows at the sides
