Hi, I keep getting the occasional Error : You Charger 12346637.... has reported a Ground Fault (25:GroundFailure). I've had my installer Jem Energy look at the kit but they don't seem to have identified any problem, any ideas. I had the system installed with a massive ground spike for earthing with the battery, solar etc.

Thanks

It’s more likely grid over voltage causing it. You get that same error if the voltage exceed 253V.
So I’d look at that avenue first (if you have a PV inverter installed as well itwill likely keep a record of voltage)

I used to get 26:GroundLeak errors regularly from which the charger would recover from after short while. It happened when grid voltage was high. The high grid voltage seemed to coincide with very good solar exporting.
It was fixed by having my installer fit a GivEnergy voltage optimiser.
As suggested see if you can find a relationship between the error and voltage level.
