Home display on App not working some devices

I have the app loaded on 4 different devices (my iPhone & iPad & my wife’s iPhone & iPad). My devices switch to Home when looking at dashboard but those on my wife’s don’t, saying Local Search Failed. Everything else appears ok. I’ve checked the inverter address but despite setting it to the same as mine it doesn’t seem to take it, just shows Red !. Any ideas please?

Now solved, it was Local Network setting in IoS App settings.
