House low load

Question - how does the system cope with low loads? We’ve got a general low house load of around 1-300W if appliances etc aren’t being utilised. Is there a draw at below which the battery won’t recognise and supply?

Also will a solar inverter supply at such low requirements?

My overnight load usually sits anywhere from 150W or so up to 400W depending on ambient temps etc, and the system copes just fine.

No issue with low load that I’ve noticed. Can’t think why from any perspective

I have spotted draws below 100W at night on our system, the battery continues to supply that as normal.

all good here with low loads. Pretty much self sufficient other than a few peaks that inverter cannot handle + top up at cheap rate when poor weather forecast.

Same here, nightime loads generally between 80w and 400w.

Stored energy released at low load times without an issue for us. Overnight seems to be at 100-150w all supplied by the battery. It never occurred to me that load load times would be an issue and they have proved to be without issue

I suspect that low, consistent load, is the best situation for the system to operate at. Not much stress on the battery or inverter, and low variability means less leakage from the response time to the CT clamp readings.
A constantly changing, high load, would be far harder for the system to cope with.
