Battery not fully charging

My AIO 9.5 is not charging fully, the free 2 hours it only reached 16%. I had the water heater on and the electric cooker and battery on charge. Last night I set the battery to charge for 2.5 hrs and only reached 16% the timer setting I had in made the evening before had gone back to zero

What was the rate of charge during that 2.5h period, and battery temperature? It may be temperature related. See if you can screenshot relevant charts from the app or website.
