Day/Night Modes

Can the day/night modes not be set to react with the sunset/sunrise time.?
Quite annoying IMO when you look at the flow after midnight and it's on the light daytime mode. Surely its should stay 'dark' until sunrise?

Prefer a manual switchable option, as I prefer dark all the time due to lack of contrast between white and yellow.
However, an automatic mode change could be added for those that prefer day/night modes.

Really? On the portal? I can't say that I have been awake to look at the portal after midnight but seems a strong response to the feature. Feels like there are more significant developments that need priority such as getting the data to report correctly .
