Hello, Has anyone experienced the batteries discharging at very different rates ?
For example today my primary battery has provided all the power to the house currently at 49% the secondary battery is still at 100%. All connections seem fine and I can see both batteries on my app with all appropriate data.
The inverter and battery software are up todate.
I have raised the issue with givenergy technical support.
I just wondered if this is a common issue
