Hi All,
New to all of this solar/storage world.
Overview, panels, inverter, EV Charge and battery installed just over 3 weeks ago. We do not have an EV but looking ahead etc.
As you will gues the Inverter, EV Charger and Battery are all GE (whey woudl I be here otherwise 🙂 )
Apart from an install cock up which cost aus a few quid in electric (suitably compensated) the first 7 days of corrected install was good. Battery would charge and discharge as expected. Battery is 9.5Kw.
And then one night the inverter dropped off monitoring on the App. The status light was good and it was showing all was going OK and the battery lights looked good. The installer could not get to us the same day but by the time they did attend the Inverter had reconnected. It was 'dark' for 33 hours.
Ever since, the battery will only provide 183 watts max to the house. The discharge graph is a flat line. Battery firmware is 3017.
Installer has raised a ticket with GE. The installer is thinking the battery has an issue. It was fine before the inverter went to the dark side of the moon.
Before anything may come from the Installer or GE, any ideas from those that seem to have way better understanding of these things.
Beginning to feel should have gone with the other quote we got which provided MyEnergi kit but too late for that now.

Puzzle Hi, welcome to the forum.

Perhaps first try a reset-to-defaults, just in case one of the configuration parameters got messed up.

Presumably when the sun is out, the inverter can provide more than 183W, so it must be a battery limit, rather than an overall inverter limit. 183W sounds about what I see when I set max discharge power to 0. (You might expect it to be 0, but...)

Which firmware is the inverter running? (Not sure if it matters, much, but you never know - a discharge power of 0 used to result in very little discharge, but it went up at some point after a firmware upgrade.)

If you have an Android phone, I'd always recommend the third-party app - a good way to get a useful overview to lots of parameters, not all of which are made available by the standard app.
